This project is a customized, fully automatic assembly line developed specifically for the EA211 engine water pump. It is engineered to meet three core demands: high-precision integration of multi-step processes, long-term operational stability, and zero-defect process quality.
The line is designed around the principle of high-precision process synchronization. It features a fully servo-driven Rexroth conveyor system, integrated with robotic loading/unloading and multi-axis coordination, ensuring precise cycle time alignment across all stations.
To meet the stringent requirements for sealing and performance of the water pump assembly, the line establishes multiple quality barriers: after automatic press-fitting and screwing processes, it integrates leak testing and torque monitoring systems to achieve real-time monitoring and closed-loop control of critical process parameters. A dedicated runout measurement station performs micron-level monitoring of the rotor's dynamic balance after assembly, fundamentally eliminating risks of abnormal noise and vibration.
From a data traceability perspective, the line deeply integrates an MES traceability system via RFID technology, enabling end-to-end data binding for each individual component. This creates a comprehensive digital quality record from assembly and testing to delivery, providing a data foundation for process optimization and product reliability analysis. This empowers the customer to achieve a smart manufacturing upgrade with transparent production and predictable quality.
