This production line is designed to meet the high-standard manufacturing requirements of Hitachi industrial motors, addressing two critical industry challenges: precision multi-process collaborative assembly, and comprehensive verification of complex electrical performance and dynamic characteristics. The goal is to satisfy the demanding requirements of the industrial drive sector for motor energy efficiency, reliability, and long service life.

The line employs a modular high-precision conveyor system working in collaboration with FANUC robots to achieve micron-level press-fitting and precision shaping of core components such as stators and rotors. To address key motor performance indicators, the line establishes a comprehensive, multi-dimensional testing loop:

CCD guidance ensures precision in winding and welding processes, while an integrated automatic lubrication system guarantees long-term reliability.

For electrical verification, HIPOT, insulation resistance, and three-phase balance tests are performed to ensure electrical safety.

On the mechanical performance side, pole alignment testing, runout analysis, and dynamic tests such as dry run, vibration, and noise testing comprehensively simulate real-world operating conditions, ensuring smooth and quiet motor operation.

All production data is integrated and traced in real-time through the MES system, creating a complete digital performance archive. This provides a solid data foundation for product consistency control and quality iteration, empowering the reliable intelligent manufacturing of high-end industrial motors.
