Motor Brake Core Automated Machining Line

This production line is designed for high-consistency machining of motor brake cores, addressing three core production challenges: rapid and precise positioning across multiple stations, removal of micro-chip residues, and efficient flexible changeover. It ensures zero-defect output in terms of surface quality and dimensional accuracy.

The cell is centered around FANUC robots equipped with CCD vision positioning systems, enabling rapid identification and high-precision alignment of various brake core blanks. Combined with automated fixture inspection and adaptive grasping functions, it ensures consistent datum referencing for each workpiece during processing, controlling dimensional variation from the source.

Addressing the industry challenge of magnetic debris generation during brake core machining that is difficult to completely remove, the line integrates high-pressure air blowing and in-line vacuum cleaning systems. These automatically remove attached debris during machining intervals, preventing secondary contamination and assembly jamming risks. The overall modular design supports rapid changeover between multiple product models, significantly enhancing the line's flexible production capacity and overall equipment effectiveness while maintaining cleanliness and precision.
