This cell is designed for surface treatment processes of automotive valve bodies, focusing on overcoming three core process bottlenecks: cleanliness control prior to anodizing, in-process contamination prevention, and quality traceability. It aims to meet high standards for corrosion resistance, appearance consistency, and batch-to-batch stability.
Addressing the cleaning challenges posed by the multi-cavity and deep blind hole structures of valve bodies, the cell integrates a nano-bubble deep cleaning system with vacuum drying. Through micron-level bubble permeation and vacuum negative pressure extraction, it achieves efficient removal of residues from complex internal cavities and residue-free drying, ensuring uniform adhesion of the anodized coating from the source.
The entire line utilizes Staubli high-cleanliness robots in conjunction with a slat chain conveyor, achieving fully automated, contact-free, and contamination-free material flow. Each valve body is traced via a barcode system integrated with MES, which comprehensively records process parameters and treatment times for each stage of cleaning, anodizing, and drying. This creates a digital surface treatment record, providing reliable process support and data basis for improving product weather resistance and ensuring batch consistency.
